I’m looking at all these webpages explaining how to install homebrew on your DS, and all of them, the people find it quite simple to drag & drop to the root of the DS memory stick. NO webpages have how-to guides for connecting the DS to your computer… the USB cable connects where the charger goes and fits quite nicely, the charger light comes on whenever I plug it into my computer.
How do I make it so I can store files on my Nintendo DS!
No "You Can’t" answers… because you can.
It pisses me off because all the websites seem it’s no big deal to put files on the root of your DS memory stick!
Please help!
Thanks A Bunch,
Matt
no… your doing it wrong, well i wouldnt do it taht way.
You need an R4 Revolution card.
I got one of Amazon the weekend for £30, it came with a 2Gb mini sd card.
basically, u put this sd card into the usb dongle provided, then plug this inot your pc and open it up.
The ‘homebrew’ kits already installed on it, i just created a folder and named it ‘games’ then i searched the web for some ds roms.
Downloaded them and unzipped them and then i drag n dropped the unzipped files into the newly created ‘game’ folder.
I then unplugged the usb and then inserted the mini sd card intot he R4 Cartridge which is the same as a normal DS game cartridge.
Then put this into my ds and turned it on.
Homebrew R4 pae opened up, i then choose applictaions, game folder and all the roms were there, i scrolled down to the game and started it up..
Ive managed to fit 20+ games onto this card, all top titles aswell… dont know how i manged to live without it.
I highly recommend it
